The Origins of a Luxury Transportation Company
Go Luxe started with a husband-and-wife team who entertained a lot — and had a hard time finding transportation that matched the experience they wanted to give their guests.
For more than 25 years, we hosted clients, and time and again we ran into the same problem: great ground transportation was surprisingly hard to find. The traditional options didn’t fit. Stretch limousines drew the wrong kind of attention and felt dated. Enhanced SUVs were comfortable but lacked any real “wow.” Neither delivered the experience we had in mind.
After some research, we found our answer in the Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van — more comfortable than a limo, just as luxurious, and far less ostentatious. Room to move, room to entertain, and someone else behind the wheel. To deliver the level of service and hospitality we envisioned, we realized we’d need to build our own company. So we did

When we built the company, we set four standards that still define us:

So It Began — With One Sprinter
Our first vehicle was a black Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Van that we converted into a “private jet on the ground.” We wanted the interior to feel like a plush, private living room, so we prioritized comfort and entertainment above everything — premium leather seating, multiple screens, a great sound system, and every connection our guests might want.
We originally called it the VIP Jet Sprinter Coach. Today it’s simply The VIP, and it’s still requested by executives, entertainers, couples, and travelers from every walk of life. That first van became the foundation for everything Go Luxe offers today.

Our Concierge and Ghost Host Service
Our goal is to empower our clients to be guests at their own party, to have fun and to leave all the details to us. We provide VIP parking, VIP tickets and VIP access to restaurants and bars. We can and will make reservations. And we do all the shopping for whatever you’ll need in your van, shuttle or mini-coach ahead of time. You don’t have to do a thing.
One of our most unique services is the “Ghost Host” – a personal concierge who’s not visible to you, your clients or your guests during your outing. Your Ghost Host travels separately and works closely with your concierge driver. The Ghost Host does everything, but to your guests it will seem like you did all the work. Imagine arriving at a restaurant where the valet, host, bartender and manager know your name? How about arriving at a bar where your seats are reserved, and the bartender has your drinks prepared for you? At a nightclub, your Ghost Host will have VIP seating waiting, and your server replenishing drinks before your last sip. Then, when you’re done, just get up and leave – and never see a bill. The Ghost Host will take care of all your hosting duties, make you look like a hero and make your guests all feel like true VIPs. With a Ghost Host, we guarantee our clients an incredible experience. Whether or not you reveal your private concierge to your guests is entirely up to you.
Now More than Sprinters
After several months in business, we started getting requests for larger vehicles – and soon realized that corporations and large groups also wanted our services. So we added more vehicles in order to offer a wide variety of clients the same luxury private transportation service. We now provide luxury Sprinter Vans that seat up to 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 13 passengers. We also have luxury mini-coaches that seat 23, 27 and 32 passengers. We even have luxury SUVs and sedans for smaller groups that still want the same concierge service they can only get from us.

We’re more than thrilled with our recent success. And of course, we have our great clients to thank for that.
